“So, it’s a high precedence for the ministry to reinforce their high quality of life and uplift their productiveness and effectivity. This stems from our agency perception that bettering the wellbeing and wellness of the staff will assist develop their effectivity and improve staff spirit and institutional loyalty.”
In the ministry’s ‘High quality of Life’ survey, the need for such a programme was conveyed. It will cover five coaching modules, focusing on emotional intelligence, adaptability, vigilance and mindfulness, and meditation throughout occasions of disaster.
The ministry is trying to provide its workers with crucial psychological help through the programme. Every module will run for two weeks, followed by a one-week break.
