moneyA study by recruitment firm Michael Page revealed 2019’s average salaries across different sectors in the UAE.

TimeOut reports that the study observed more than 100,000 candidates and 2,000 jobs in 2018.

Additionally, a survey titled the Middle East Salary Survey 2019 shows the number of jobs in different fields, highlighting those that are in demand.

The report showed that highly-demanded roles include jobs in data science and analytics, governance and compliance as well as cost management. The public sector role still plays a “huge part in regional growth”.

Additionally, the survey revealed that candidates are increasingly seeking more details about career development plans and organisational culture, saying that "flexibility has the same currency as salary for many candidates and the cost to organisations is negligible".
